Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied within 7 days of starting your subscription, email support@optimizesocial.ai and we will process your refund request.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be sent within 7 days of the subscription start date. Please include the email address on your ReviewAssistant account so we can find the subscription quickly.

After 7 Days

After the first 7 days, subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel future billing at any time from the Account page by choosing Manage subscriptions.
