By creating an account or using ReviewAssistant, you agree to use the service for lawful business purposes and to provide accurate account, billing, and business information.

Service

ReviewAssistant helps business owners collect, organize, and analyze publicly available review data. Public review availability may vary by listing, location, third-party platform access, and platform changes.

Accounts and Billing

You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for maintaining a valid payment method for active subscriptions. Subscription access may be limited or paused if payment fails.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. When you enter payment information, it is submitted directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe's terms, privacy policy, and security practices. ReviewAssistant does not receive or store your full credit card number, CVV, or complete payment credentials. We may store limited billing records such as your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, subscription status, business-location slot count, and related account billing history so we can manage access to the service.

Subscription charges, prorations, applicable taxes, failed payments, and invoice handling are processed by Stripe.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate the rights of another person or business.
